摘要: 分析了不同喷涂材料的隔热原理、物性指标和应用特点,提出对复合反射隔热系统采用隔热温差指标进行设计计算的想法,并采用层次分析法对材料综合隔热性能进行评价,为喷涂材料在石油化工装置隔热设计中的应用提供一种思路

Abstract: In this paper, the thermal insulation principle, physical property index and application characteristics of different spraying materials are analyzed. It is proposed that the composite reflective thermal insulation system should be designed and calculated using the thermal insulation temperature difference index, and the comprehensive thermal insulation performance of the materials should be evaluated using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), providing a way of thinking for the application of spraying materials in the thermal insulation design of petrochemical plants.
